Except where prohibited by applicable law, you and MINHAOHUMR INC agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Purchase or any purchase from Mirelyn shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in La Plata County, Colorado, or, where federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. You and MINHAOHUMR INC consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If you are a consumer residing outside the State of Colorado, nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
